2. Nature of this site

msps.one is the showcase and sales surface of the MSPS product ecosystem. Each product (WEBaudit, Ad Campaign Crafter, AdsPilot, ADSguardian, Tragly, ShipKit) is governed by the terms published on its own domain; these terms cover the use of msps.one and of the shared MSPS Login service (login.msps.one).

3. Intellectual property

Site content (copy, graphics, marks) is the provider's property; unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Liability

Information on this site is provided for general information. The provider does not warrant uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for the content of external (product and partner) sites.

5. Contact form

Using the contact form requires providing accurate details. Handling of submitted messages is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. MSPS Login

login.msps.one provides a single sign-in for the MSPS products through a third-party identity provider (Google; Facebook once enabled). Use only an account you are entitled to use and keep access to it secure; activity under your sign-in is your responsibility.

The sign-in service is provided “as is”. We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, a security risk or a breach of these terms. The use of each product remains governed by that product's own terms.

7. Changes, governing law

These terms may change; the current version is always available on this site. Governing law: United Kingdom; EU consumers retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of their country of habitual residence.
