Data Deletion

1. Scope

This page explains how to have the personal data held about you by MSPS Login (login.msps.one) — the shared sign-in service of the MSPS products — deleted, if you signed in with Google or Facebook. It is the data deletion instructions page for these sign-in providers.

2. How to request deletion

Send your request through the contact form at https://dev.msps.one/contact/ — choose the topic “Support” and write “Data deletion request” in the message. Enter the email address of the account you want deleted, so we can identify it.

Before deleting anything we verify that the request comes from the account holder, for example by a confirmation email sent to that address. We never ask for your password.

3. What we delete — and what may remain

We delete your MSPS Login account and everything linked to it: name, email address, language, profile picture URL, the sign-in providers' account identifiers, and your sessions and sign-in tokens. You can already unlink a single sign-in method yourself on your account page at login.msps.one; deleting the whole account is done on request, as described above.

What may remain: data we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices and accounting records) for the period the law requires, and a minimal record of your request as proof that it was handled.

4. Timeline

We complete the deletion within 30 days of the verified request and confirm it to you by email.

5. Removing access at the sign-in provider

Deleting your data with us does not remove MSPS from your provider account, and removing it there does not delete the data we hold — do both if you want both.

Google: https://myaccount.google.com/connections — select MSPS and remove its access.

Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites — select MSPS and remove it.

6. Data held by individual products

Products you used after signing in may hold their own data, described in each product's privacy policy. You can ask for that data to be deleted in the same request.
